JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED!!

The Indian constitution is the world's lengthiest constitution of with 1 supreme court, 25 high courts, 672 district courts along with multiple subordinate courts like civil court, revenue court and other bodies like gram panchayat, judicial academies, yet there are over 3.7 million cases pending for the past 10 years. And this is the count only for the cases registered. What about the cases not registered??  

In India everything can weighed in money, and shamefully this is true for our law and the people appointed as it's defenders. Justice in India has reduced to just a 7 letter word to toy with. And there is no single reason for this situation. We all are to be blamed for this situation. The most important factor is the rapid increment in the percentage of illiterate yet powerful population,leading to birth of other factors like corruption.How many of Indian businessman are at least matriculated?? How many of the Indian leaders are well educated. How many of the judges and the lawyers know the Preamble of the Indian Constitution?? There is no end to such questions.

Whenever there is a crime, no one comes forward to help the victim but, thousands will come to join the silly acts like candle march. What is the use of this candle march, when the victim is no longer with us! When the justice has been already murdered!! No one comes forward to lend a helping hand to the poor, the needy but people gather in masses when it comes to a celebrity. Instead of these gatherings afterwards, it will be a lot better if even few  people would come forward to help the victim to support  and help. Few such acts, few such events can break the courage of these low-lives who think they can do anything they want and escape from it.

In older days, there used to be a saying that if you want to keep the vault safe, give the key in hands of the thief. Seeing the current situation of the law and judiciary system in India, it is like Vault In Thief's Hand!! But, people have forgotten that times have changed. Time has come to take stand and defend your vault yourself, because no one else is going to help you. Time has come to stand for the right and defy the wrong. Time has come to raise the voice against the evil. 

Time has come to bring justify the Justice. Time has come to punish the delinquent irrespective of the caste, religion, sex, power, position , relation and every other thing. Time has come to stand together!!

Time has come to wake up and rise!!Because, Justice Delayed Is Justice Denied!!
